House Rules

Reservations

  1. Full payment in advance is required for reservations in the guesthouse. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your cheque or money transfer. In case of cancellation, refunds will generally not be made.
  2. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for reservation of the apartments. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your cheque or money transfer. In case of cancellation, refunds will generally not be made.
  3. In case of last minute reservations it is necessary to arrive before 6pm to ensure your bed is available.

Rooms

 
  1. The guesthouse accepts no responsibility for the theft of any belongings from the rooms. You may entrust us with the care of your valuables upon request.
  2. The use of sheets, pillowcases, sleeping bags or duvets is obligatory. We have sheets and pillowcases for hire, if required, at €1 per item.
  3. Upon departure, please leave the room and bathroom in the same state as found.
  4. Please inform us of any damages done.
  5. On arrival, we require either €3 or a piece of identity as a deposit for your room keys. This, of course, will be returned upon departure.
  6. Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited in the rooms.
  7. Please air the bathrooms after use.
  8. Please vacate the rooms by 10am for cleaning purposes.

Parking

  1. Guests park their vehicles entirely at their own risk. The guesthouse accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damages (theft or vandalism) done to your vehicle while occupying the parking spaces.
 

Kitchen

  1. The kitchen may be used before 7am and after 8am.
  2. Please leave the kitchen clean for the next guests.
  3. The smoke detector is very sensitive. Please do not leave food to overcook.
  4. The guesthouse accepts no responsibility for the theft of any personal items or food left in the kitchen. You may entrust us with the care of your valuables upon request.

General

  1. Payment for your entire stay is required upon arrival.
  2. Smoking is not allowed in the guesthouse.
  3. We accept no responsibility for any accidents, which may occur whilst in the building or using the garden.
  4. Please respect the tranquillity of other guests and be quiet after 10 pm.
  5. Upon leaving the common room, please remember to switch off the lights.
  6. We will keep any left items for a duration of one year, after which period, they may be destroyed.
