Le Puy en Velay and surrounding region offers a multitude of cycle routes for cyclists of all levels. Although the volcanic landscape demands a certain level of fitness and training, there are many tranquil and relaxing routes for the amateur cyclist and mountain-biker. All routes are well marked and can be found on cycle maps and guides.

Le Puy en Velay is an excellent starting point for day trips on your bike. There are numerous cycle repair shops in the Le Puy, the nearest only around 100 metres from the guesthouse, typical French opening times apply Tuesday to Saturday.  

Guests may store their cycles free of charge during their stay.
